BODY/SOUL PAINTINGS
In order to disrupt the near-photographic realism of my earlier work, I've focused on the relationship of the subject to the space it inhabits. In each painting, a single vase holds its cargo of blossoms and exists in relation to the atmosphere that surrounds it.
